I can't wait to unleash this playground of fun and stupidity People kept shitting on NFTs, so may I present to you: ✨ CryptoPoops ✨ They're adorable, they're mischievous, and they're designed to show that NFTs don't have to be shitty :) NFTs have been wrapped in games or tokens before, but I'm not aware of any NFT project that's pre-planned integrations/super-powers for future smart contracts like we have. Our approach enables an unprecedented level of apps & economic games we can whitelist from the community. Depending on what people make, you might be able to: 🔥 Burn two commons to get a new more-rare at random (lowering supply 👀) 🎲 Supply cap? “Reroll” your 💩 using the exact same mint code from inside our contract 🕹 Arcade games with real CryptoPoops at stake 💰 Stake them in DeFi and once your interest is high enough, a new 💩 is minted directly into your wallet My personal favorite: someone could make a "portal" appear to an alternate Poopiverse, where everyone looks like Bizarro-Poops. But the only way to get a Bizarro-Poop is to send your CryptoPoop through the portal, at its peril. It might come back fine, or with its DNA scrambled and looking completely different, or it might get split into two. TBD by the community! And in the meantime - they're fun

I love the idea of the poopiverse and planning for future contracts to interact with yours is interesting. but i'm curious about the decision to allow list games and apps from the community, as opposed to making things totally permissionless?

@sammybauch Initially to ensure there wasn't abuse. Jon can def speak more to it but I think the collective behind this is pretty open to any and all ideas, incl ways to decentralize the whole entire thing eventually

@dshan yeah makes sense. its a clever approach. if it was totally permissionless, somebody could create an abusive game, and your token holders would need to themselves evaluate the contract code to understand what they are actually signing up for. it's a real velvet rope of being able to read solidity. but this way, you can sort of centralize that trust layer and ensure that the things built on top of your NFTs don't harm users. smart! im awfully busy with my own projects, but really interested in these sort of things and will think about ideas for something to build on top of this!
