Hey everyone, Vincent here from the Chattermill Product team! All companies are by now convinced that a highly satisfied customer is more likely to stay loyal, spend more and ultimately spread the word. Most companies are by now convinced of the importance of enriching their quantitative data analytics with context-rich qualitative data in order to better understand why customers behave the way they do. However most companies still struggle to make sure that everyone regularly listens to their customers to better understand what drives satisfaction. A lot of that is due to poor tooling with steep learning curves. With Copilot, we’re aiming to make sure that all organizations can be truly customer centric. We are lowering the barrier so that anyone can ask any question regarding the way their customers interact with their brand - and in return, we will analyze all feedback data and deliver the key insights that will allow them to take the necessary actions. Importantly - all insights are quantified, so that anyone can have a sense of the magnitude of specific issues or opportunities. All insights are backed up with all underpinning verbatims that give the full picture. And as visuals are worth 1000 words, we explain insights with auto-generated charts that will allow curious users to dive deeper.
