ContentKing for Conductor - Real-time SEO Auditing & Monitoring Platform

I've been using this for some time now. I recommend all my clients get setup on it and it has saved the day in a lot of situations. It picks up changes faster than a human or running your standard crawl software in intervals and that alone is a great value to companies. Having crawl data of your site that is always up to date provides more value than you know, it is one of those things that you don't know you need it until you have it.

When I signed up to CK, I thought it was a Deep Crawl killer. I was wrong. They're different products, marketed at doing different things.

Deep Crawl is more of a deep, sophisticated analysis that's "on demand", whereas CK is proactive and alerts you to changes before any potential damage is done.

I feel like you still need both products to succeed at on-site SEO. CK is a must-have for large sites where new pages/posts are added daily, and changes are frequently made. It's important to keep track of editors - to ensure no mistakes happen. In addition, Deep Crawl is needed as it does dig a bit further and catch things that CK would miss, or doesn't crawl for.

IMO, get CK and get the daily updates and constant monitoring. Use deep crawl for an audit every 2-4 weeks.

Onsite SEO has always been inherently problematic in that it's almost entirely reactive. You don't typically notice issues until they're already affecting your site.

ContentKing tackles that issue, IMO, quite effectively: It monitors your site for changes in real time and alerts you as soon as anything bad happens.

For example, we had a mixup while pushing a site update and an entire directory of content ended up blocked by our robots.txt. Normally it would've taken days or even weeks for us to realize that search engines weren't crawling the pages in that directory, but ContentKing notified us within literal minutes of the change and saved us a huge amount of potential missed traffic.

Every SEO I know has experienced a situation where one small (usually inadvertent) change resulted in serious site issues. The accompanying panic and scramble to diagnose/fix aren't fun. And that's why I like ContentKing so much - it takes care of the little things so I don't have to, and frees up my time to focus on the bigger picture.

The most helpful hands-off SEO tool I've ever used - you set it up and it lets you know the second your site has an issue.

None to mention - development is ongoing and timely, so lots of new features on the horizon to look forward to.

I really like this software. The real time data insights it gives you are invaluable, but when managing multiple clients is where it comes into its own.
