I was just speaking with my team this morning about moving to CleverTap from Intercom. From what we've learned so far from the CleverTap team we can get a much better understanding of user behavior at individual and cohort levels. Moreover, as a CEO I need to be able to get daily, weekly, monthly reporting in an easy to read dashboard / reports. My reporting in Intercom is ZERO or is so complex that I haven't found it. Excited to make the transition.
@syshen Absolutely, not only do we track uninstalls on iOS and Android, we also have a dashboard that helps you correlate your campaigns with app uninstalls (see this - https://clevertap.com/uninstall-...). You can also run a "Clever Campaign" to reach out to users who've uninstalled your app with an email asking for product feedback: details here - https://clevertap.com/clever-cam...
The CleverTap team is one of the most dedicated and customer focused teams I have met. I met them during their earliest demo days and the product is a delight to use and comes with some of the most heavy weight asked for features at very friendly prices. Excited to see where they will go from here - the problem of understanding your users and communicating with them is something that nobody has solved yet!
