Botsify 2.0 - Build AI based chatbots for Messenger with ML - No coding

I created a simple yes/no survey with Botsify Amazon Alexa skill option, to collect customer’s feedback about how their shopping experience was with us. It helps our service improve.

One of the features of Botsify I find the most interesting is ‘Entities’. It helps my chatbot pick customer queries a lot more easily. Say, my customer wants “6 cushions and 5 pillows” so my chatbot will pick the categories i.e ‘cushions’ & ‘pillows’ as well as the quantities and respond to this customer with an specified answer.

Integrating the chatbot to my website helps me generate leads. The users leave their name, email and phone number each time they want to chat with my Bot. Which is far better than asking them to provide info separately. So far I have generated 500+ leads in a 2-month time span.

The first question that came to mind when choosing botsify was will they provide chatbots in Spanish? And my audience id not all spanish, some are from other regions of europe and some speak english. Turns out the chatbot can understand and talk in multiple languages. Very thoughtful approach and will be great for future too!
