Quick one for the builders here. During a normal workday, where do you actually capture the most, Figma, your browser, an IDE, Linear, somewhere else? I'm trying to map where the volume is, because where people take screenshots seems to matter more than where they paste them. Curious what your day looks like.

SlimSnap ships a Claude Code skill that auto-loads your latest screenshot so the agent reads the structured JSON without you pasting anything. That's the "magic" version of the workflow.

For everything else (Cursor, Lovable, bolt.new, Replit AI, claude.ai), the screenshot spec works but you paste the JSON into chat manually. It works, just not as smooth as the Claude Code flow.

Where do you actually paste screenshots into AI tools today? Vote in the comments, ideally with one line on what your screenshot loop looks like there. That tells me which agent gets the next auto-loader.

Don't take this as a date promise. Just trying to figure out which one to start with after the current backlog.

It allows me to take beautiful screenshots surrounded by stunning backgrounds in literally a few seconds, where as I used to spend time chucking my screenshots into Figma and playing with the padding to make them look nice. I can't even guess how much time this has saved me

Hi all, we ve got a new learning experience in beta called Scrimba Explain. Pretty stoked about this one tbh!

It lets you create a narrated video tutorial about almost anything. You can upload files, add links, paste code, or describe a topic you re trying to understand. It's MUCH faster than any of the video generation models, as we naturally use DOM-based videos (like scrims) as opposed to pixel-based.

We all have that one tool - the unsung hero quietly doing its job and saving you hours every single week.

Yesterday @fmerian recommended Googly Eyes from @Sindre Sorhus, which I immediately downloaded! After enjoying the eyes following my cursor around for the day, that got me thinking - what other fun, goofy apps do you all have for your Mac, Chrome, or other devices that don't necessarily serve a purpose other than to bring joy and break the monotony? @Scroll Buddy is another one that comes to mind that I have saved in a collection.

We see productivity apps, AI-based software, open-source products, etc. all the time, but what about your saved products someone made after their 9-5 or on a weekend just to have fun and test their skills?

I've been thinking about this a lot lately while building.

So many tools we use daily feel like they should be one product, but they're scattered across 5 different subscriptions.

I can safely say that the video is one of the most important things on launch day.

Sometimes even more important than your images.

Creating demo videos sounds simple... until you re 10 takes in, stuck editing ums, or re-recording because the UI changed again.
