Hey PH,
After launching, I noticed a big increase in inbound messages - agencies, tools, consultants, AI assistants, and more. Some of it is genuinely useful, some of it is unexpected, but I'm curious how other Makers approach this!
Do you have a system for prioritizing what to respond to? Do you categorize outreach, set filters, or use any tools to manage it?

There are so, so, many email apps out there:Superhuman, Hey, Slashy, Cowork gmail plugin, Spark Mail, Proton mail, Spacemail, Titan, Shortwave, Alfred, Canary, Spike, Tuta, Skiff, Icloud, Zoho, Yahoo (if it counts even).
But has any one of us tried it before? Why/Why not?

I'm the co-founder of GreenmorMail a business email platform built on AWS SES with outreach, team chat, AI, and video conferencing inside the inbox.
We're relaunching on Product Hunt soon with a lot of new features, and before we do, I wanted to open the floor.
We've spent the last year deep in email infrastructure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce handling, deliverability tuning, bulk sending, cold outreach sequences, white-label hosting, IMAP/SMTP, the works.
If you have questions about any of it, ask below. Happy to go as deep as needed.

Hey PH community, looking for feedback.
Hello Inbox is an email deliverability platform helping businesses reach the inbox (think GlockApps).

If your business sends emails, transactional or marketing, you'll want to pay attention because this directly impacts your bottom line.
What I've observed in the last 4 years isn't good and the frustration is real.

From what I am seeing across communities, here is what the tool stack looks like right now.
Email & Capture: Mailchimp for launch updates and email sequences . Carrd for quick, clean launch-specific landing pages . Pre-launch tools like LaunchBuddy and Prefundia to build a waitlist and gather early feedback before you even hit the Product Hunt button .
Social & Scheduling: Buffer or Hootsuite to keep a consistent presence across X, LinkedIn, and Threads without it taking over your entire day . Canva for generating graphics that do not look like you threw them together in five minutes .

A lot of teams already manage work inside Gmail and Google Workspace. Customer conversations happen in email threads, follow-ups come out of meetings, and project coordination lives across tasks and boards throughout the day.
Keeping CRM records and project workflows aligned with all of that activity still takes a surprising amount of manual updating afterward.

When you re browsing the Product Hunt leaderboard or checking out top launches, which category of products actually makes you stop and click?
Example, yesterday @lazverry told me on my forum thread that they are a creator, so they spend a lot of time looking into Design & Creatives and Productivity.

I am launching a product soon and trying to select the best email stack. I am currently between MailerLite + MailerSend and Loops, both seem to have a good UX. For auth emails, using Supabase for now.
What's important for me:
Low-risk, paying only if the project will actually gain users.
Possibility to send a custom "Best matches" email that can be sent weekly automatically

Curious to know if this will let me "set and forget" my inbox... I may have too many trust issues!

Most of us spend half our day typing the same messages again and again follow-ups, status updates, or quick replies.
Typing faster doesn t solve that. Writing smarter does.
That s where Slashit App comes in.
