Tooling Studio MCP - Let AI Work Inside Your CRM & Task Workflows

A lot of teams already manage work inside Gmail and Google Workspace. Customer conversations happen in email threads, follow-ups come out of meetings, and project coordination lives across tasks and boards throughout the day.

Keeping CRM records and project workflows aligned with all of that activity still takes a surprising amount of manual updating afterward.

Tooling Studio MCP connects AI apps like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor directly to Sales CRM and Kanban Tasks inside Google Workspace. Teams can describe what needs to happen in plain language, while the AI works within the existing workspace structure, permissions, contacts, deals, and boards already in place.

We’re preparing to launch it on Product Hunt soon and would genuinely love to hear how others here think about AI operating inside real workflows and operational systems.

The interesting part here is keeping everything inside existing workflows instead of forcing teams into another dashboard.

Nick Kramer

@nora_mitchell That became a really important part of the thinking for us as well. Most teams already have habits, conversations, and workflows built around Google Workspace. Asking people to constantly jump into another dashboard usually creates even more friction over time.

Ryan Cooper

This seems strongest for smaller teams that already live inside Google Workspace all day.

Nick Kramer

@ryan_cooper9 Yes, that’s exactly where we kept seeing the strongest fit.

Smaller teams already spend most of the day inside Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and meetings, so keeping CRM and task workflows close to that environment felt much more natural operationally.

Evan Sterling

We noticed people weren't avoiding the CRM just postponing it constantly.

Nick Kramer

@evan_sterling That observation came up repeatedly while building this.

In many cases the issue was not resistance to using a CRM. People were simply prioritizing the conversation, the meeting, or the customer work first, and the system updates kept getting pushed later.

Small update ahead of the public launch:

We’re planning to open a launch offer for early teams trying Tooling Studio MCP.

The current plan is 50% off for the first 3 months using the code MCP50, limited to the first 500 redeems.

Really appreciate all the thoughtful feedback and workflow discussions already happening around this.
