š§ šŖļø Brainstorm! Whatās one thing that would make email way better?
byā¢
Something like 350B emails are sent every day (!) but no one I know is all that satisfied with email as a platform.
Complaints I hear most often are spam / lack of verified identity, threads getting unwieldy after many messages, formatting annoyances, and not enough fine grained control over notifications.
If you could change one thing about email to make it awesome, what would it be?

Universal sender identity verification. Right now, anyone can send an email claiming to be from any brand. BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) is the closest thing we have to a fix ā it ties a verified logo to an authenticated domain, so Gmail and Apple Mail can display a brand mark next to emails that have actually passed DMARC enforcement. The problem is that the implementation friction is high enough that most companies never get there. The SVG format alone (W3C Tiny P/S) trips up most developers. We buil makeBIMI to remove that friction ā free converter, no account needed. But the bigger point stands: if every major inbox client required DMARC enforcement before displaying a sender name, phishing would become dramatically harder overnight.
