Quote-reply from Telegram straight onto the visitor's screen is a neat way to skip yet another dashboard. How does the AI agent decide it is time to hand off: the visitor asking for a person, low confidence in the docs, or a rule I set? And does the visitor see the moment a human takes over? On our own site, that is the moment people care about most.
@garciafrey Great question. The handoff rules are fully configurable: AI can reply first and hand off when it can’t answer or when a visitor asks for a human; it can respond only when you’re away; or it can step in after you haven’t replied for a set time.
You’re absolutely right that the handoff moment matters to visitors. We’re continuing to refine that experience, and would love to learn what has worked well on your site.
