Makers need a way for visitors to reach them, and to reply without opening another dashboard. Paste one script tag and a chat bubble appears on any site, or publish a contact page for your bio. Visitors start typing with no account needed. Messages go to Telegram. Quote-reply and it appears on their screen, and the thread stays in your inbox. If you're away, they leave an email. An AI agent answers from your docs and hands off to you when it matters. Free, no credit card, live in minutes.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
We’re excited to launch Knocket today.
We built Knocket because early-stage founders and small teams often don’t need another complicated customer support platform. They simply need an easy way for visitors to reach them — and a fast way to reply.
With Knocket, you can add live chat to your website, app, or even use a standalone contact page. When someone sends you a message, you can receive it in Telegram and reply directly from there. Your response goes straight back to the visitor, while the conversation remains organized in your Knocket inbox.
Knocket is Forever free to get started, requires no credit card, and takes only a few minutes to set up.
We’d love for you to give it a try and tell us what you think — especially what you’d like us to improve next.
Thanks for checking out Knocket! 💙
@shuoxinwang Congrats on the launch 🎉 Glad I got to be part of this one.
It's not a complicated product, but it's a genuinely interesting one — it packs a handful of things you'll actually use into one place, and hands them to you in the simplest, most direct way it can.
@xiaoxia_zheng Absolutely! That's actually a great use case for Knocket 🙌
You can embed the widget directly on your docs pages, as long as your docs platform supports custom scripts.
Visitors can ask questions without leaving the docs, and you can reply to them 1:1 from your Knocket dashboard.
Congrats on launch! is there a simple way to see response times without setting up a full helpdesk?
@sandy_liusy Thanks so much! 🙌 And yes, absolutely! Knocket has a simple dashboard where you can track average response times, conversation volume, and messages, all without setting up a full helpdesk. We built it to keep things lightweight for makers and small teams!
Could I put the Contact Page link in a GitHub README?
@tomzoe Absolutely! 🙌 That's actually a great use case for Knocket!
You can add your Contact Page link directly to your GitHub README, just like any other link. Anyone checking out your project can click it to reach you and start a conversation, without leaving you guessing who's interested.
Perfect for open-source projects and indie makers! 🚀
Can the Contact Page include a booking link for paid support?
@jackruirui Absolutely, Jack! 🙌 You can add a booking link (like Calendly or Cal.com) directly to your Knocket Contact Page, including one for paid support sessions.
Visitors can book through your link, while scheduling and payments are handled by your booking tool. Great use case!
Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m one of the makers behind Knocket.
The idea came from a problem I kept running into while working on trtc.io, a developer-focused PaaS platform for building real-time interactive experiences.
Someone would leave us a question, but by the time our email reply arrived, the moment had passed—and often, we couldn’t reconnect. Other visitors looked like a great fit for our product but left before we ever had the chance to speak.
We spent hours following up, arranging interviews, and piecing together website activity to understand what happened. It was useful work, but too often it happened after the person was already gone.
It made me wonder:
Why do we spend so much time reconstructing conversations we could have had in the moment?
That’s why we built Knocket—a lightweight contact layer for makers, solopreneurs, and early-stage teams.
It gives people a simple way to reach you through your website, mobile app, or shareable contact page. Every conversation comes into one inbox, and you can respond from Knocket or directly through Telegram. When you’re unavailable, an AI agent can handle routine questions and bring in a human when needed.
Not every visitor wants to talk, and not every conversation becomes a sale. But when someone does reach out, we want to help you be there while their question still matters—not days later.
We’d love to hear from you:
How do you handle customer inquiries today? Where do promising conversations tend to slip through? And what would make Knocket genuinely useful to you?
Thank you for checking us out. We’ll be here all day to answer questions and hear your honest feedback. 🚀
@mia_qiao This resonates so much, Mia! 🙌
Working on the growth side of Knocket, I've seen how much effort goes into bringing the right people to a product. And it's frustrating when someone shows interest but leaves before we even get a chance to talk.
That's what makes Knocket so exciting to me. We're not just helping makers get more visitors, but helping them turn those visits into real conversations.
Excited to hear more feedback from the PH community and keep making Knocket better together! ❤️
Visitors can chat with you directly from website without creating an account which is pretty handy for quick question
@shivam_kushwaha16 Exactly, Shivam! 🙌 We wanted to make it as easy as possible for visitors to reach out. No sign-ups, no extra steps, just a quick conversation when they need help. Thanks for highlighting this! ❤️
