@samboonin reg. 'Message' where are things now/what is roadmap or product philosophy on bots vs agents. Handoff complimentary approach etc. Any thoughts @chrismessina?

@jcwinter it's much more actually. The team has been working hard on a whole new data platform across Zendesk products, improving scalability, adding i18n and a few other things, and brought the BIME UI into the Zendesk family.
