HubSpot is excellent for larger SMBs and the enterprise! For smaller businesses, HubSpot might be overkill, but may still be valuable depending on their use case. As a developer, I think their API is easy to use.
I have to say, Hubspot suite be like a traditional all-in-one CRM system. The suite is more user-friendly than Salesforce, and better on marketing, such as email blasting, CMS. Salesforce is better on sales management. I wish the integration between finance system would be better

I have been using many features on Hubspot, there is so much you can use it for like outbound emails, newsletter, hosting your site pages. I love the analytics I get back. But sometime it is very hard to navigate the amount of features and figuring out how to do something.
