LIKE! Our team is still productive while working remotely with Wrike. Full featured tool, no more to say. Only one moment: to ease my productivity analysis I use TMetric time tracking app integration with Wrike. Smooth switching between tasks, powerful time reports. https://tmetric.com/integrations...

I don't believe in this company, because I feel like I've been robbed, because when you are at the purchase page, Wrike offers you two options, annual purchase charged monthly (recurring payment) or monthly purchase (40% plus, suggest not recurring) and only in terms of use does it informing about the recurrence to both choices of plans.
I had a brief experience to try the software, then when I decided to do it, the software did not offer enough tools in free version. Then I decided to buy a professional version for 1 month, but anyways I needed more, than a Wrike consultor contacted me to help me with the software, and he offer a upgrade to business plan. The consulting helped me to know and unsderstand the software, and I said at all times clearly throughout our comercial relationship about my intention was to test for a month.
A few days ago I checked my credit card, and realized the charges for three months, butI had not used the software since the end of last year as I had told the consultant when we spoke about my intentions for Wrike. Since the I tried refund these bills, but the consulting dont answer me anymore and the contact with the supporte declined my solicitations.
I believe in clear and fair business relations for both sides, this is not the case for this company. Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.

@getulio_b_de_souza Good luck trying to get out of it. We tried Wrike because of their "Proof" feature and signed up for a year (we didn't put enough effort into our trial period - to be honest). The Proof feature is super buggy and my team won't use it - they went back to using Sharepoint. We don't use Wrike at all now and they won't let us out of the contract. I get the whole contract thing, but if your product isn't working for a customer then why hold them hostage. Annoying AF.
In my opinion Wrike is okay :) One of my teams runs it as a project management system and finds it helpful. What works for me is that the app integrates with TMetric to monitor work time: https://tmetric.com/integrations...

@soylakate Sure. I can also confirm that both apps are a great match together.

Tickets start to be everywhere and all over the place, interface looks busy. Not very intuitive. UI isn’t quite very modern or clean. It does have very mature system, from calendar to dashboard. With a big team and cross departmental, it gets very busy
Pros:
Has all the functionalities
Cons:
Not the easiest thing to use when there’s a lot of tasks
