Wispr Flow Notetaker - Meeting notes that get the details right.
by•
Your follow-ups are only as good as your meeting notes. Wispr Notetaker gets your words and your speakers right, so your recaps, follow-ups, and answers are too. Before the meeting starts, it checks the invite so names are spelled correctly, and it brings the terminology you've already taught Wispr Flow into every conversation. Your transcripts use real names instead of "Speaker 1" and "Speaker 2," and every meeting is ready to pull into Claude or ChatGPT via MCP. Available on Mac. Free to try.

So excited for this to be live!! Things will only be more accurate from here!
Giving up the hundred plus languages Flow already handles so Notetaker can get capture right first is a real cost, and the two separate audio streams are the same bet. Tanay, does the terminology someone taught Flow carry into meetings cleanly, or is spoken jargon a different vocabulary?

So excited to see Wispr launch Notetaker. I work in product at Wispr, and I’ve always seen Notetaker as the next step -- everyone already loves Flow’s unmatched dictation accuracy, and personally, I've been waiting to use it in meetings too 👀
We’ve been using this feature internally for a while, and I have to say it truly is the best there is. Can’t wait for everyone else to experience the delight!

I work in Sales and so many people have asked me about the Notetaker tab. It's so exciting to be able to connect our customers to something that will help transform their daily activity.

Ever since I discovered Wispr, I wondered when I'd be able to use its capabilities to transcribe any and all of my meetings. This project has been a long time coming and today I'm super proud to be a part of the Notetaker team! I hope the world loves and enjoys Notetaker as much as we do!!
Slack messages: talking. Emails: talking. My calendar: several hours a day of talking...
Wispr Flow already covered about half of that. I have not typed a full sentence into Slack in months and my keyboard has quietly become a wrist rest. Meetings were the holdout. I would talk for an hour and then go repae transcript before I could use any of it.

@tanaykothari The Notetaker app works famously. It will replace Granola IMHO. It's superior in what it produces.
Earlier, it took me a lot of time to write a big prompt with all the context, but with the wispr flow, I am able to do it in seconds only. That's great.
