@maxime_champoux1 Congrats on the launch Maxime! Based on your maker comment, my ask is, can teams customize which channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack) are enabled for their users?

@rohanrecommends we need each customer to install a given channel. Whatsapp is by adding a dedicated phone number for which they can forward their receipts upon. For Slack it's an integration to be installed on their workspace.

How do you handle vendor portals that require 2FA logins for invoice downloads? Does your Chrome extension bypass that with user tokens or session-based access?

@kate_ramakaieva We have built an extension that works in tabs of the customers' browser. When we can, we can proceed retrieval in the background of the tab. When session is off, we ask customer to relogin. In most cases, since we work in the context of the customers' browsers, you don't need 2FA for each retrieval.
