About

CEO and Cofounder of Tough Tongue AI I've been a developer and product manager, and most recently I was PM at Google Cloud. I have had multiple starts at building something amazing, but still chasing it! The current dream is to build a safe place to practice high-stakes conversation. My passion for building this platform stems from my own experiences with difficult conversations. My friends have often made fun of facts that I generally make FAQs, shadow practice etc even for most trivial conversations. With Tough Tongue AI, I'm trying to make high-quality prep more easy to get. Love to connect and help fellow builders (believer in infinite games!).

Use Tough Tongue AI inside your Claude, Codex & Cursor

We just shipped plugins, MCP, and skills for ToughTongue AI.

What this means: Your coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) can now create practice scenarios, refine them from real session data, and analyze team performance - without leaving the terminal.

Setup (one command):

  1. Claude Code: claude plugin install toughtongue@toughtongue-skills

  2. Codex: codex plugin add toughtongue@toughtongue

  3. Cursor: Settings > Plugins > Import from Repo

Support for Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) 🎉 🚀

You can now connect your own model provider keys and run practice on your own quota. Grab a free Gemini key from Google AI Studio, or use your existing OpenAI and other provider keys.
Why it matters: Most of you already have a key somewhere, free Gemini keys, company OpenAI accounts, unused credits. BYOK turns that into near-unlimited practice here. You can also orchestrate Anam and other avatar providers through the platform.
How to start:
1. Open Settings: https://lnkd.in/gMk86ek7
2. Add your provider key (Gemini or OpenAI)
3. Select the provider on your scenario and start practicing
