We’ve been exploring something similar with Escape Velocity AI (different domain, strategy planning), and I’ve found that when the UX feels smooth, people actually stick with the “hard” but valuable work.
What’s been the biggest aha moment from early user testing of the new flows?

Big congrats on the redesign Userlist team 🎉 We’ve been using Userlist at HelpDocs for a while now and it’s honestly one of those tools that makes running a SaaS a lot less stressful.
The new design and logo look fantastic. Super clean and easy to get around, and I love the wacky illustrations.
