@charlieirish This looks super useful for a SaaS business focused on user retention. Curious — is it possible to set up different onboarding/welcome sequences depending on user segment (e.g. “new user” vs “power user”)?

@anastasiiazhur Absolutely! You can start a sequence when a user (or a company) joins a specific segment, or you can add an additional condition to any of the other triggers to make sure the sequence only runs for users in a certain segment.

SaaS products like mine, most value comes at the account level rather than the individual user level. Can you share how flexible the targeting is here, for example, can workflows trigger based on account activity (like “no team logins in 7 days”) instead of just individual actions?

Yes, this is possible. There are multiple ways to achieve something like this, but here's an example of a workflow trigger for a company where all users haven't been seen in the last 7 days.
