Ever wonder how often you cry? Ductts is your pocket-sized cry tracker built for convenience, speed, and privacy.

Log every time you cry with a tap. Whether it's a quick tear at a movie or an emotional milestone or a hormonal change, Ductts helps you track the frequency, intensity, and triggers of your crying. No guesswork, just honest tracking so you can get real about your emotions.

- Fast, frictionless logging: Open the app and log a cry in seconds. Be as detailed (or not) as you'd like.
- See your emotional patterns: Dive into your stats to spot trends and gain insights into your well-being.
- Filter your feed: Sort by intensity, type of cry, or timeframe.
- Private by design: Your crying data stays on your device. No cloud storage, no accounts, no leaks.
- Export & import: Own your data. Export to a spreadsheet for deeper analysis, sharing with a therapist (or friend), or transfer between devices. You can also import data from other sources using the import helper!
- Ductts is made for anyone who wants to get in touch with their feelings, track their emotional health, or just get curious about their crying habits.

Love a good cry to get it all out! One of my Gemini friends and I take pictures of when we cry to remind ourselves if it's "really that deep", so this is perfect 😅

Ductts is a great little app! I love that you can add your own custom tags for what prompted the tears.

Now if only it could alert me when it's been way too long and I'm probably overdue for a good, healthy cry... time to tee up the soundtrack from The Land Before Time and think about tree stars, again!

Nice addition to the suite of daily journal and logging apps that live on my phone.

@melaniecrissey LOL I was definitely toying with the idea of being like "have you been in touch with your emotions enough lately?"-style notifications 😆

Thank you!!

Wow, love the concept! This will be like a dashboard for your mental health; something that most health and fitness apps miss out :)

This is truely neat! I love that it's completely private – no accounts, no cloud storage. That's a huge plus for me, fr. Being able to export the data is also a smart move, makes it way easier to share with a therapist if needed, right? How customizable are the intensity levels?
