Where do your goals come from?
1/
We all set goals.
Some come from a deep personal dream.
Others are inspired by people we admire, books we read, or even moments of frustration where we say: “This has to change.”
Where do your goals come from?
👇 Let’s explore.
2/
For some, goals come from inspiration:
🌍 Travel experiences
✨ A Podcast
📚 A book
🎤 A mentor’s advice
For others, they’re born from necessity:
💸 Finances
💼 Career deadlines
🏃 Health wake-up calls
3/
But here’s the problem:
Most of us set goals in the heat of the moment and then lose track.
Life gets busy. Priorities blur. The spark fades.
That’s why I built Fred.
4/
Fred is a modern web app for goal setting.
Here’s how it works:
💠 Create a goal (title, description, due date)
✨ Split it into steps
🖼️ Build a vision board to keep it alive
🤖 Use AI to generate inspiring, achievable steps
5/
The goal isn’t just writing something down.
It’s keeping that spark alive.
Fred gives you:
✅ Clarity (what you’re aiming for)
✅ Structure (steps to get there)
✅ Inspiration (AI-generated prompts & a Goal Gallery)
6/
We’ve seen people use Fred to:
Run their first half marathon
Save money for a big trip
Start a side project
Improve creativity and well-being
Every story starts with: “I want to…”
7/
So let’s circle back:

@hejsfj My goals come from traveling experiences i had over the years. But turning goals into action items is what really makes the difference.
I usually set my goals from a mix of inspiration and necessity—things I dream about and things I need to tackle. Keeping that spark alive is the hardest part, so tools like Fred sound really helpful.
