I'm interested in the QUIC protocol released last year and the new protocols built on top of it (like HTTP/3 and WebTransport). As developers know, the TCP-based world has been around for a long time. But when it was invented, we didn't have 5G and fiber optic networks yet. I am working on a native macOS app named Planet to let users publish their websites to IPFS + ENS. Every critical step in publishing and following content updates in the app is not controlled by a single corporation. The content is on a P2P network: IPFS. The domain is on a P2P network, too: ENS on Ethereum. Thus it is a local-first, fully decentralized model. We see a big trend of remote workers watching summaries of meetings later, rather than attending meetings live, and saving 1-2 hours a day. I am excited at the future of PropTech where the buildings—homes and offices and commercial property are designed for data-informed people—people as individuals and as communities. A lot of work is happening in Europe in this category—I guess *synthesis* is the foundation for civic design and proptech.

Hi Ryan, I have several projects underway, most of them are around the reuse of second hand items, recycling, etc... It's definitely not a new trend, but I think there are a lot of new business ideas that can exist in this area. People are ready now to rent rather than buy, to rent other people's accommodation for their vacations, and also to buy second hand, or recycled products. Ownership at any price no longer seems to be the exclusive concept for a part of the population (especially young people).
