Hello! We're excited to share our latest updates focused on making your experience faster and more reliable. This release brings significant performance improvements, enhanced PDF experiences, and resolves several language consistency issues .

What's New

Tags & Chat Experience

  • When @’ing a specific tag to talk to, you now now see the full tag hierarchy.

  • Smarter tag generation: Improved performance and accuracy when auto generating tags.

Performance & Quality of Life Improvements

  • Faster content processing: Introduced a caching system that reuses saved content, delivering a faster user experience.

  • Cancel bulk imports while they're running, giving you more control over your import.

  • Resolved issues preventing podcast transcription when using our browser extension.

PDF Experience Enhancements

  • New ability to zoom in and out on PDFs for better readability.

Really appreciate these changes especially the caching system for faster procesing. The zoom feature in PDFs is super practical. Excited to see how the mobile app quick sharing will make everything more seamless.

@sankari_nair The caching system for content processing should help a lot with larger knowledge bases. How does the tag hierarchy display work when you have deeply nested categories? We organize content by industry > company > campaign type and it can get messy pretty quickly.

The bulk import cancellation feature is smart - nothing worse than accidentally importing thousands of irrelevant files and having to wait it out.

Looking forward to the mobile sharing improvements. That's usually where these knowledge tools break down for me.
