I’ve been an amateur athlete for over 20 years, always competing. Like many, I’ve spent countless hours training physically… but rarely worked on my mental game.

Yet, it’s often the mental side that makes the real difference: managing stress, building confidence, staying focused.

That’s what led me to create ProPulse, an app for amateur athletes to make mental training accessible to all.

Hey ! Love this idea. I believe mental training goes hand in hand with physical training. I love sport, the only app I use is Strava. Can you say more about what does the app do exactly?
