How to efficiently carry out multilingual localization adaptation？

This is the first App I independently developed. It was designed to address the issue where other apps are not intuitive enough when viewing health data. To be able to see the data trend at a glance, I adopted a line chart format. Of course, for the fitness and sleep data, I also presented them in a separate ring format.

Is the direction of this App correct？I'm considering whether it's necessary to do localization adaptation，I don't know if anyone really needs it.

I wonder if everyone can roughly know what health data corresponds to through the data and icon graphics without adapting to English.

I have a basic understanding of the process of multilingual localization adaptation and evaluated the difficulty. The workload is not small, so I would like to ask everyone if they need such an App. If the demand is high, I will immediately start working on the relevant multilingual adaptation.
