Taskly - Kanban + Pomodoro. Organise tasks, then go deep.

by
I built Taskly because I kept switching between a task manager and a timer app and losing focus every time. So I combined them. Capture tasks into your Inbox, organise them into projects with custom kanban boards, then start a Pomodoro session and go. AI suggests subtasks, recurring tasks handle themselves, and reminders keep you on track.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built Taskly because I had a frustrating habit: I'd spend time in Notion or Todoist organising my tasks, then switch to a separate timer app to actually work — and lose focus every time I switched tabs. So I built one app that does both. You plan and execute in the same place. The core loop is simple: drop tasks into your Inbox, organise them into projects with a kanban board, then hit the Pomodoro timer directly on the task you're working on. No switching, no friction. Along the way I kept adding things I genuinely needed — recurring tasks, AI subtask suggestions, Google Calendar integration, and reminders with browser notifications. It's free, works offline as a PWA, and takes about 30 seconds to get started. I'd love to hear what you think — what's missing, what's clunky, or what you'd want to see next. Happy to answer any questions below! 🍅

@amir_mousavi1 Can you assign tasks/subtasks to other members of your team or is this solely for a solo user ?

I've been using Taskly for a few hours and it's become my go-to task manager. Clean interface, fast, and the Pomodoro timer built right in keeps me focused. Works great in the browser and the Mac app feels native. Honestly surprised it's not more well-known.
