Came across this through a friend's suggestion, the idea is cool but how accurate is the AI at actually detecting issues accurately, sometimes these things miss the mark completely, also wondering if there's any way to integrate it with smaller teams, feels like it's built for bigger setups, thoughts on that?

Yes, if you are smaller teams and don't have much resources, you can benefit a lot from putting AI into use for time consuming but important tasks like analyzing data for critical customer issues. With more than 3M data points we analyzed, Syncly AI comes pre-trained. Nonetheless, we have an easy training loop system that user can use to help AI better understand user intention to improve accuracy while using the platform. :) Would love to show you how it works! We provide basic categorizations--whether the feedback is a how-to question, complaint, or an enhancement request, etc. Dynamic sentiment has multiple levels of negative sentiment but you have a customizable ways to define issues on your term. As for integrations, we provide single click integrations with many tools--any particular ones you are looking for? :)
