Congrats on the launch Pali! Love the concept of turning a simple link into a full conversational AI experience, especially the lead qualifying + Calendly booking flow.
Quick question: how are you handling personalization across different audience segments? For example, if I share the same Surfn page on my website and in a newsletter, can the AI adapt its behavior or conversation flow based on where the visitor came from?
@anthony_roux1 Thanks Anthony - really appreciate that. Great question on personalization. There are a few ways we handle it today.
First, through conversational questions + conditional logic. You can design the agent to ask questions and branch dynamically based on responses, intent, or sentiment — so different users naturally experience different flows.
Second, through real-time visitor context. The AI can ask for and read a visitor’s website during the conversation to personalize guidance based on their business and specific needs.
Third, through touchpoint-specific links. You can create multiple shareable links for the same agent, each with different instructions or conversation starters — so your website, newsletter, or ad traffic can enter through distinct contextual flows.
We’re continuing to expand this layer, and adaptive behavior based on source context is very much aligned with where we’re heading.
