👋 Hello PH community! This is Robin, Founder & CEO of SmartCue. I spent my professional life as a Solution Consultant/Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect and it pained me to see my team simply treated as the 'demo guys (and gals!)' simply because my sales reps were not able to do their own demos well. They either pulled us in or did cookie-cutter, 'one-size-fits-all' demos 🤦‍♂️ . No amount of training or enablement worked! Of course, our close rates suffered when the SE could not get involved! 🫤 So I decided to solve the problem by building SmartCue! Our north star at SmartCue is to enable sales teams to deliver personalized product demos WITHOUT adding friction to their existing workflows. Forcing change or adding friction was the biggest reason for the lack of adoption of sales enablement tools at my prior companies. With SmartCue, you can: 📚 Create a library of demos based on use cases, buyer personas, industries or whatever else is your organization's segmentation 🏎 Do 👆 in minutes, not weeks! Fellow SE's - thank me later 😉 🎱 Contextual textual and visual cues show up in real-time as the sales reps are going through their demos (imagine a Siri-like Sales Engineer for your sales reps!) 💭 Sales leaders get insights into what their sales reps are demoing, if it's in line with the playbook, and use these insights to further refine their training, onboarding, and close deals faster! 🥇 We've been hard at work building out the first version and would love to get feedback from the PH community!
