@k_vrbova Congratulations Kristyna on launching Sidemail! It sounds like a fantastic solution for developers and teams looking for simple, reliable, and fast email delivery with great customization options. What’s your roadmap for new features or improvements in the coming months?🤔

Hi there, congratulations on your launch 🔥
Do you guys have your own infrastructure or is it AWS SES wrapper?
Sidemail
@danshipit Hi! Thank you, Dan!
We do have our own infrastructure and for some parts use AWS, which ensures Sidemail beats major email providers in both delivery speed and reliability.

@k_vrbova Interesting, I am now using postmark for newsletter emails and zoho zeptomail for transactional. Do you guys also have multiple server support? Meaning if I want to allow my users to send emails through your platform, I don't want all emails to be sent from 1 server

@k_vrbova Ah, interesting! I heard that it is really hard to maintain infrastructure for emails. Good job guys ❤️
Sidemail
@danshipit Hmm, I have to agree :) Thank you, Dan ❤️

Looks like a great feature. I'm also wondering how's it different from the Superhuman?
Sidemail
@jisong_l Thanks! Sidemail is a service for delivering and managing product emails (transactional emails – like password reset, receipts, etc, product updates + newsletters, and email automation – like welcome email sequence). Superhuman is a personal email client.
Are there built-in tools for warming up new email accounts? Do the emails land in the inbox or the promotions tab?

@mykyta_semenov_ Sidemail gives you the best starting point and technical configuration out of the box to get your emails delivered reliably to the recipient's inbox. There are more factors that email service providers consider when deciding how to categorize the email – like your domain reputation, email content, etc. Today, the filtering is so sophisticated, there is no shortcut to “beat” the filters, the success comes from building a reputation by authenticating your domain and consistently sending emails that recipients want and read. There is a great resource that covers this in detail, I'd recommend checking it out here – https://sidemail.io/articles/domain-reputation/
Congrats on the launch, i was an early customers many years ago, looks like you've come a long way. congrats.

Sidemail

Interesting launch especially when today got two email related products... Whats so special about functions related to email marketing on Sidemail? Congrats for the launch anyway!!
Sidemail
@cruise_chen Hmm, email is becoming popular again? :)
To your question – I'd say the simplicity. With Sidemail, sending a newsletter to thousands of customers is as fast and easy as writing a message in Gmail, plus you get all the necessary tools you need to run a successful campaign.
And thank you for checking it out!

Yes! Managing 'welcome emails,' 'password resets,' and 'notification digests' in our codebase has always been a clunky afterthought

@chrishicken I got you! If you haven't already, feel free to create your account. And if you need anything, please do reach out. We're used to working with customers directly and are happy to help you whenever needed :)

@patrick_makes Thank you, Patrick! Can you please elaborate on the spike in usage? I'm not sure if I understand the question.
