I ve been building websites since before AI could even write a Hello World in HTML.

Over the years, I kept running into the same problem: clients with small budgets who still needed more than just a static landing page. They wanted simple blogs, lightweight CMS features, product listings, nothing too complex, but enough to manage content without calling a developer every time.

I m Nick spent the last 10 years in B2B SaaS sales & marketing building GTM stacks and realizing most teams aren t under-tooled, they re overlapping tools and overpaying.

Day 23 of building Verso (projectoye.com) a workspace OS replacing your fragmented tool stack with one AI-native environment.

Today was direction-setting. Had a conversation with a co-founder about where the product goes next and landed on a concept we are calling the Universal Object Model.

The question that started it: Verso has Notes, Spreadsheets, Presentations, Forms, Canvas, Folio all working, all real-time. But each one is its own island. What if they were not?

If you write fiction, especially anything with worldbuilding, like fantasy or sci-fi, you already know the drill. You start off with just a word processor. That s all you think you need. You ve got your story idea, you ve got your motivation, and you sit down to write.

Then the scope creeps in.

You need somewhere to track your characters. Then your locations. Then the relationships between them. Then someone s magic system contradicts something you wrote in chapter four, and now you need a lore bible. So you open a wiki tool. Then you need an outline, so you grab a plotting app. Then you want to clean up your prose, so you sign up for a grammar checker. Then you want to format your manuscript for publishing, so there s another tool.

Before you know it, you re running five or six different apps just to write a single book. And every single one of them wants a monthly subscription.

Actionow targets the full pipeline of screenwriting, storyboard collaboration, and AIGC production with an agent-driven, self-hostable open-source workspace.

The platform organizes every creative action around the content graph Script Episode Scene Storyboard Character / Prop / Style / Asset. Every entity is versioned and lineage-tracked; every interaction is observable, replayable, and reusable by agents.

There's a million events per day on Luma.... Well at least it feels like it.

I attended several interesting invests including an a test/demo day where builders and testers connected.

Over the last 9 GrowHouse patches, Blaze has moved from being an AI layer attached to the game into something closer to a bounded operating system for the world.

Recent work included:

• Telegram moderation/control upgrades, including cooldown receipts, admin tuning, wake-word handling, and safer ambient behavior

• a Discord bouncer stack with warning filters, strike ladders, timeout hooks, personality packs, and safe-mode admin controls

• a new dashboard decision surface, where Blaze can now expose a decision panel, player memory brief, world pressure radar, and short-horizon forecast windows

• behavior patterning, so the system starts reading player tendencies instead of only reacting to world state

• dynamic contract generation, where the Underworld board now writes from live state rather than feeling like a fixed template deck

• the first recommendation-only Governor layer, where Blaze can suggest bounded changes to withdrawal posture, holder-gate pressure, and conversion posture without directly mutating anything live

That matters because the architecture is becoming more layered and more explicit.

Most AI image tools are great for one-off prompts.

Starting on social media always sounds simple until you actually try to stay consistent.
