Built something for agency owners who are tired of reporting.
After talking to agency owners and PPC consultants, I kept hearing the same thing:
"Reporting takes hours every month, connectors break silently, and clients expect polished reports on time."
So I'm building Fluxvex an automated client reporting platform for digital marketing agencies.
I built SEAREI — compliance certification for virtual staging (CA AB 723 just went live)
Hey PH I'm Sam, co-founder & CTO of SEATECHONE, based in Seattle.
We built SEAREI (searei.com) after realizing virtual staging had a serious legal blind spot.
The Hidden Trap of Token-Metered AI Pricing for SMEs
Token-metered pricing looks lean, but for seed-to-Series B startups without internal AI Ops, it s often a financial trap.
The hidden overhead, constant usage monitoring, sneaky prompt bloat, and zero tied delivery milestones, quickly outweighs the flexibility.
Instead, fixed-price AI Velocity Pods force strict scope definition upfront. While that constraint feels uncomfortable for agile product teams, it targets exactly where AI projects actually fail: undefined success criteria, not execution.
For sub-$100K AI budgets, fixed-price wins on total cost and predictability.
Building Dialbotix: Would you let an AI call your leads?
One thing we've learned while building Dialbotix is that speed matters. Studies consistently show that leads contacted within minutes are significantly more likely to convert than those contacted hours later.
That's why we're building an AI voice agent that automatically calls inbound leads seconds after they submit a form, qualifies them, answers common questions, books meetings, and syncs everything back to the CRM.
But we're curious about something:
I built an AI Chrome extension that analyzes your screen and solves problems instantly
Hey everyone, I just launched my first big project, Answerly! As a student, I got so tired of copy-pasting code errors and quiz questions into different windows, so I built the tool I wish I had.
It can visually analyze your screen and give you an instant answer and explanation. I'm trying to turn it into the ultimate AI learning assistant.
Would love for you to try it out and give me some honest feedback!

He writes about draw periods, repayment planning, interest-only payments, and smarter ways to compare loan options using a HELOC payment calculator. His goal is to make home-equity decisions easier to understand without confusing finance jargon.
I thought I couldn't design. Ai proved me wrong. Then I hit a bigger wall.

Most people think the design gap is skill.
It's not. It's motion.
Here's the journey that led me to build ExodeUI:
**Stage 1: The Illustrator lie**
As a kid, I downloaded Illustrator. Bulky. Intimidating. Closed it and believed I had zero talent.
**Stage 2: AI woke me up**
Suddenly I could generate any image with a prompt. Magic. My inner child was screaming.
**Stage 3: The motion wall**
An image isn't a UI. It doesn't move. It doesn't react. It doesn't feel.
I had no idea what animation to apply. Fade? Spring? Stagger? Pure noise.
**Stage 4: The interactivity trap**
Even if I figured motion out I wanted it interactive. A button that responds. A card that reacts.
But every design change meant recoding everything. That killed the momentum every time.
**Stage 5: The tool gap**

Two worlds. No bridge. Same story for 20 years.
**So I built the bridge.**

**Design anything. AI handles motion + interaction + logic. It runs natively on any platform. For everyone.**
No code. No handoff. No two worlds.
The tool I wished existed as that kid. It's finally here.
Repost if you believe design tools should work for everyone, not just one role.

🚀 Introducing MegaNode.work
An webapp to manage JIRA Epics locally with a real-time Gantt view
TrackLens - Lets you manage JIRA Epics locally with a real-time Gantt view
I kept running into this problem where epics had missing or unreliable dates in Jira, so Gantt charts were useless. I ended up building a view-only fallback system.
As we wait for YC summer 2026 results, here’s what the process taught us regardless
An idea isn t a product until you believe it is and that product isn t a startup until you treat it like one. Dedicated hours, out of pocket tools, standup slacks with your co-founder even though he s your husband and sitting right next to you, knee deep in deriving a unique algorithmic formula to feed this audacious engine. Something shifts and what was an idea is now tangible.
The waiting sucks, but it s also a gift in itself. It reframes the mind. This isn t a project anymore. This is real. We wake up, clock in, schedule stand-ups, innovate, iterate and innovate again. At the end of the day, we look one last time for that email inviting us to interview, it s not there (yet, or maybe never.) But, we look at each other and are immensely grateful to have had another day to do what we love, and proud of the achievements we accomplished that day.
