No New Apps, Just Smarter Emails

We made MailMiner for one simple reason. Industry folks waste so much time going back and forth over emails dealing with supplier prices, contract edits and invoice checks. All those other AI tools force you to learn new software and totally switch up how you work.

Then we thought: why not just put AI right inside your email?

MailMiner fits seamlessly into your existing inbox. Just CC it, tell it what you need, let it write drafts and you sign off easily. No new apps, no complicated training, zero changes to your daily routine.

Feel free to ask me anything or share your thoughts!

From Floor Plans To Living Worlds: Why We Built VirtualSpaces

We are two engineers who had no business caring this much about floor plans. Yet here we are.

When we first explored AI for real estate, everyone told us the same thing. Start with photos. Run AI virtual staging. Make the images pop. It sounded reasonable. It also felt wrong.

Where do you actually keep all your AI prompts?

Curious how other creators manage this.

I've seen people use:

  • Notion docs that get messy fast

  • Apple Notes / random text files

  • Discord servers (scrolling forever to find that one prompt)

  • Just... trying to remember them

The problem is none of these were built for prompts. No version history, no tagging by model, no way to quickly copy and reuse a template.

Building a PM tool for creatives - would you use it?

Hello everyone!

We're building a single environment for helping creative minds to organize work, hit deadlines, have an environment to think, brainstorm and collaborate - without juggling 5 different tools. Solo or with a team.

It has workspaces, where you can separate your work, personal goals, family, health - whatever you want in one place.

There is collaborative board, reviewing tool for all kind of media, filtered forums, project and tasks with related contexts - so you never miss any information.

Why NovaVoice?

- NovaVoice is a desktop application for macOS and Windows no hardware, no waitlist, no vaporware. It is live and free to download today.

- NovaVoice is not just a dictation tool. It eliminates the three most common friction points in a knowledge worker's day: switching to ChatGPT to process a thought, switching apps to send a message, and the gap between how fast you think and how fast you can type. It addresses real daily pain, not a hypothetical one.

Vexaro: The GitHub for Web Data & AI Datasets

Tired of writing scrapers that break every week? Tired of paying enterprise prices just to get raw unstructured data you still have to clean yourself? I'm building Vexaro. Define your intent, define your schema, and Vexaro turns any publicly accessible website into a clean structured dataset. Versioned automatically. Refreshed nightly. With a ping URL to trigger additional refreshes on your own schedule. There's also a marketplace of the most wanted datasets across Reddit, finance, sports, tech and entertainment. Clone one, extend it, or publish your own for the community. No scrapers. No maintenance. No enterprise pricing. Launching very soon. Follow along to get notified on launch day.

Everyone uses ChatGPT to plan trips now. So why am I building a travel app?

AI gives you a decent itinerary fast. But it's still a text list in a chat window. No curated places you can actually trust. No day-by-day structure you can browse on your phone when you're on the ground. No narrative that tells you why a place matters.

EuroTrails is a mobile app for European city breaks; focused purely on places and the plan:

  • Browse curated European attractions

  • Save what appeals to you

  • Get a day-by-day itinerary built from your picks

  • A short story for each day so you arrive with context, not just coordinates

  • Directions open in Google Maps familiar and reliable
