Super cool! "Tools for newsletter creators" is an interesting category to watch. NPS surveys have a bit more structure with numerical responses that have a well-researched and defined interpretation. I feel like users might gravitate towards the most basic "like, dislike, love, hate" reactions, but would be curious to find out! Are users able to customize the in-email question text, emoji set, and/or emoji order?
Thanks! Yes to all of the above questions! We actually don't even restrict you to emojis. You can use text answers too (eg if you want to run a 'real' NPS survey).
Oh that's great! I'll put it on my list to try this out next month :)
Hey Product Hunters! After building and , Reactions is our latest tool drop to help newsletter creators grow and understand their audience better. and I noticed that a lot of you are desperate to interact with and understand your newsletter subscribers better - but asking people to fill out a form/reply to emails just doesn't result in a lot of people taking part. That's why we built Reactions. It's super easy to add a one-click poll to your newsletter. Ask your subscribers a question, and let them answer by clicking on an emoji (or multiple-choice text answer). When someone reacts, they're taken to your custom thank-you page. Where you can display the results of the poll, ask them for more detailed feedback, or nudge them to share your newsletter on social media. We're seeing people using this for running NPS surveys, getting feedback to improve their newsletter quality, and running polls to better understand their readers. Check it out and - if you have any questions or suggestions - please let us know!
Congrats ?makers I really love the implementation (using links instead of some script), this does help to have it on any newsletter platform. Also, it can be used on newsletter landing pages too so that they can have emoji or custom feedbacks too.
Hi Ankit, thanks for the nice words. Yes, that's exactly the idea: a poll tool that is completely ESP-independent and requires only URLs :)
Another great product by a very talented team! 💪
🤩😘
This is great!
Thanks Emanuel 🙏

Can Reactions by SparkLoop be used on social media?
technically yes since it just uses links behind the scenes :)
Thanks a lot for clarification
This was the next improvement I was going to make to my newsletter now that my referral program is up 🙃 Glad I won't need to add a new service to the stack!
