My company just switched to remote first and we're still trying to get the hang of things. The social connection we used to have in the office has fallen off a bit. We've been using this and it's been a solid way to get my team talking.

Hailey has been with us as we have grown our small team from 1 to 12. As a remote first company, we are always looking for opportunities to deepen our culture and Hailey really helps accomplish that goal. It is always interesting to see what sort of questions end up prompting authentic conversation and deeper connection.
