Love the Kudos feature! I think it's great for boosting team morale, especially during these times, but not only. 🙌

Would like to know more about it

Hello, I've been using the product since the beginning and now I see a very complex environment that convers a lot of needs. The ones I use the most are: 1. Kudos/Feedback. Once you start giving Kudos it is very hard to stop as you start seeing the good things people do to help you or others. Also the Kudos suggestions are very cool. By the way, at first I hated the word Kudos, even though it is an international standard...:) 2. Performance. It centralizes in a cool way all the team and evolution of Feedback, Kudos and Check-ins all related. It is very easy for me to have everything here There are some other cool features like Objectives, all the Teams tab and Documents as well but some of them need a little more time from me. Keep up the good work guys!

Great tool for great teams! I've been waiting for a long time for an app like this. A pleasure to use, extremely clever and useful features, especially on the performance management side of things.
