Hello, I've been using the product since the beginning and now I see a very complex environment that convers a lot of needs. The ones I use the most are: 1. Kudos/Feedback. Once you start giving Kudos it is very hard to stop as you start seeing the good things people do to help you or others. Also the Kudos suggestions are very cool. By the way, at first I hated the word Kudos, even though it is an international standard...:) 2. Performance. It centralizes in a cool way all the team and evolution of Feedback, Kudos and Check-ins all related. It is very easy for me to have everything here There are some other cool features like Objectives, all the Teams tab and Documents as well but some of them need a little more time from me. Keep up the good work guys!

@olia_buliga Thank you, Olia! Glad you find it interesting. We've tried to boost its usefulness by adding business impact, company values endorsements, as well as skill endorsements to recognition - and then there was Kudos! :D 15K entries and counting to prove its effectiveness

@bogdan_ionita yeah I got your point :) It is great thing when companies are on a remote and it is one of a greatest opportunities to “evaluate” and thank teammates for doing the things :)

@abaduca We're working with agencies of around 10 people strong, as well as with larger companies, of 200 or more people. We're always learning about our users - best thing we know is that about a quarter of our userbase is actively posting performance-related week in, week out, and more that half of them login weekly :o
