Love this idea - any plans on adding triggers or integrations? Right now, I only see manual entry or csv upload (unless I missed it).
Yup! Zapier is first up on the integration roadmap.
Oops, sorry. I see you already addressed a similar question :P
Really nice. Would love to know if this service is only available stateside.
Thanks, Casie! Unfortunately, we only support US addresses today. We do this because our delivery tracking system only provides data on US addresses. We'll look into international support in the future. If you email me at first name @ mailjoy, I can keep you in the loop :)
I saw companies use a similar technique for retention and it seems to be well appreciated by customers! Automating this further and not having to order prints, put them in enveloppes, write addresses and send them out is great! Adding tracking is even better :) Are several formats available?
Thanks, Guillaume! Today we support 4x6 and 11x6. The 11x6 cost quite a bit more, but they're huge. For the right campaign, they make sense. Here's some more info on the differences:
Thanks!
Can't wait to test this out at Drift. Send physical mail to target accounts with Mailjoy + drive people to Drift chat vs. a lead form. Congrats on launching .
Thanks so much for the support, Dave! Looking forward to working with you. P.S. - We're big fans of Drift. It's been a major 🔑 for us today.
I'm guessing it's US only, but it doesn't say that anywhere...
Unfortunately, US recipients only right now. You're right, we'll make that more clear.
Loving the illustrations by Alfrey Davilla! Great product as well, I still think there's a lot of marketing opportunities with physical mail.
Waiting how first postcards. Everything is pretty straightfoward
Thanks for being an early customer!
- Can you expand on the customization features? And what separates Mailjoy from traditional print shops?
Sure thing. We're able to personalize each mailer using a recipient's data. Today, this includes things like their name, city, and the ability to create a custom promo code. In the near future, we'll support any kind of data they upload. Versus a traditional shop: self-service, ability to personalize at scale, no minimums (good for a/b testing), no additional fees beyond per mailer costs, and delivery tracking. That list will keep growing over time.
This looks awesome ! Im excited to see the Eventjoy founders working on something new. I really loved using that platform for my conference - I'll never forget how great of personal support gave me when we ran into technical issues. I'm looking forward to using mailjoy for a future campaign 👍
Thanks, Michael! Same level of support here. Reach out anytime :)
Great product. Can't wait to use it.
