I'm finding that I tend to not like to leave Figma if I don't have to. I'm curious on how Magic Patterns incentivizes users to use Magic Patterns instead of Figma's own AI tools?
@lienchueh We actually encourage folks to try out all the tools out there, including Figma's own AI tools and pick the tool that works the best for them. We know that people have different workflows and different tools fit their needs better. We've found though that people tend to prefer us over Figma's own AI tools for two core reasons: 1) our AI design quality is better 2) our UX around reverting, selecting items, and prompting is better!
But curious what you think after comparing the two!
incredible - been looking for exactly this: the ability to vibe code then export to figma and start fiddling with things without just barking at an AI!
is it possible to pull in a javascript project from somewhere else and use magic patterns to translate it into figma components? or does that only work if the project was generated in magic patterns?
@royce_branning1 great q — we're working on being able to more easily pull existing projects into Magic Patterns! So at the moment, only works if the project was generated in Magic Patterns. But more on this theme coming soon!

I’ve been using MagicPatterns for the past 4 months and it has changed my life! Getting quick mockups and designs ready in-code has never been easier and faster! I’m excited to continue to see how you all evolve the product
Love MagicPatterns! Been using it for all my designs. It has saved me from hiring a designer. I go through the same iteration cycles but much much faster since the design iterations happen instantly :)
