I've been using KILO Code for about two months now, and I can confidently say it has completely transformed my workflow for the better. As a developer constantly dealing with complex issues across various applications, having KILO Code integrated into my IDE has been a game-changer.

The core functionality—specifically its ability to help plan, build, and debug application issues—is highly effective. Whether I'm tackling a tough bug in Debug Mode or planning out new feature architecture, the assistant provides insightful, context-aware suggestions that truly help me solve problems efficiently.

What sets KILO Code apart is the sheer generosity of its offering. The suite of free tools and features is truly a blessing, providing immense utility without a high cost barrier. Furthermore, the transparent, pay-per-use model is incredibly competitive. It delivers so much power at such an affordable rate that continuing its use is a simple, straightforward decision based purely on value.

If you're looking for an AI coding agent that offers top-tier performance, deep integration into your workflow, and genuinely cost-effective pricing, KILO Code is the clear choice. Highly recommended!

Finally got KiloCode working in PHPStorm — total game changer for me. It fits so much better into my workflow, letting me take full advantage of KiloCode’s fine-tuning right inside my favorite tool, without switching environments. Great job — KiloCode has completely replaced my use of Cursor!

@dax1 found in /p/kilocode via @sanskarix:

What’s been the biggest challenge when looping in the developer community on new platforms?

First, @VS Code. Now, @JetBrains. Any differences from a GTM perspective?

Darko

@sanskarix  @fmerian Not a big one :)

Mohammad Farhan

Congrats to the team. Lets go 🔥

Darko

@mhdfaran Thank you for the support Farhan!

One of the coolest things about Kilo Code for Jetbrains is I getting to share Kilo Code with my nephew who really only codes in InteliJ for Minecraft Modding.

Darko

@stickynoteme Wow that is amazing. We've had parents who teach their children code via Kilo.

This reminds of Tabnine. I'll try with Pycharm.

All the best @sytses !

Sid Sijbrandij

@jordimonpmm thank you. And thanks for trying this, looking forward to your feedback. Tabnine was a great first mover in the AI coding space. At the time AI was most useful for intelligent autocomplete. Today AI can write almost all of the code. Kilo is perfect for that use case, orchestrate agents that first build the architecture and then separately code and debug the application.
