Hi everyone! I’m Dan, VP of Product at InfiniGrow. We’ve worked on Journeys for a long time, and are really excited to bring this product to Go-to-market teams today 🎯 Journeys gives Marketing, RevOps, and Sales professionals visibility into the true journey of their most valued accounts, helping them align and improve ABM efforts and convert their target accounts. Here’s what you can do with Journeys: • Act quickly on high intent signals - Connect Slack into your Journeys extension and get real-time alerts on new account activities. • Discover activity or channel patterns - See the full story behind your target accounts’ journeys to identify success patterns and actionable context that’ll help you win deals. • Uncover data gaps in your SFDC CRM workflows - By checking the blue icons next to some touchpoints in your viewed journeys. • Do all of the above without a learning curve, automatically - Journeys works with your CRM, so you don’t need to learn a new tool. Setup and data mapping is also automated, using AI-driven channel mapping and journey structuring. All it takes is just five minutes of your time to sync with your SFDC CRM, to get instant insights into how your accounts engage with you, what they’re most interested in, and when/how is best to engage them. Get started and track your strategic account for free 🚀 We’d love to hear your feedback 🙏
This looks amazing! How do you track Salesforce accounts to see their journey?
OMG, can I integrate it with Pipedrive?🥹
Congrats team!!
Thanks for hunting us!! ❤️
Thanks !
Looks like a game changer for ABM marketers! Does the journey structuring is being done automatically?
Yes! Once connected, you can go to any account on your CRM, track it, and the journey will be structured automatically. InfiniGrow structures the journey, and AI mapping finds relevant data within any associated object and matched every touchpoint to the relevant channel.
This is a dream come true to anyone doing ABM. Salesforce doesn't have the ability to show full journeys and lacks a lot of data. This addon fixes it so easily and now I can see the full account journey directly in my CRM
Powerful tool for ABM marketers
Congratulations on the launch, & team 🎉️
Thanks !
This is super cool! Insights into what the buyers are doing on your various digital assets is one of the most under-appreciated pieces of information! Looking forward to when it is available with HubSpot! 😅
Coming soon!
Wow, Journeys sounds like a game-changer for ABM teams! Love how it integrates seamlessly with existing CRMs and uses AI for mapping. The real-time Slack alerts for high-intent signals are a neat touch – could be super helpful for catching those crucial moments. Curious to see how the automatic data gap detection works in practice.
Thanks! The automatic data gap detection highlights data gaps on the journey so that you can easily see issues such as duplications, leads not matched to their accounts, and opps without associated leads. Such gaps lead to blind spots that eventually will lead to the wrong conclusions on what's working, so we've decided to highlight them on the journey.
Such a powerful tool for visualizing the customer journey—looking forward to seeing how it grows! Congrats on the launch!
Thanks Aya! Feel free to share feedback 💙
It’s been an amazing journey taking this from a simple idea to a fully developed tool. Our vision was to create something that’s not only powerful but also incredibly easy to use for marketers at every level. With Journeys, you get a clear, end-to-end view of your customer journey—no guesswork, just actionable insights. It’s all about helping marketers see what’s working, make better decisions, and drive more impact without needing to dig through complex data. We’d love to hear your feedback and any questions you have. Thanks for all the support! 🙌
