Congratulations on the launch of Hatchways 2.0, Jaclyn! 🎉 It's impressive to see how you've evolved the platform to streamline the interview process and empower companies to identify top talent. To further enhance the user experience and ensure secure and efficient user verification, have you considered exploring OTP-less for authentication? It would provide a seamless and hassle-free verification process for candidates, aligning with your goal of making the interview process more enjoyable and fair. Keep up the great work! 👍 bit.ly/try-otpless

Love this guys! Our team is completely remote and async and have tried a bunch of different products to make interviewing high-signal, but also not take a lot of time. What are some best practices for ow Hatchways plugs into an existing company's in-person interview process?
Jaclyn Ling
@victor_zhang1 Thanks Victor! Great question -- we've seen a ton of success in companies building off of the project in an "in-person interview". Either by having a thoughtful discussion on the applicant's decision-making process, what they would do if they had more time, edge cases they hadn't considered etc., and possibly spending 30-60 minutes adding a new feature of refactoring something together on a call (similar to a pair programming exercise). We've seen this process be the best of both worlds: high signal and an optimal way to spend interviewing time, while providing a less anxious environment for the applicant because they are building off of something they are already familiar with (rather than a programming challenge they may/may not have seen before)!

As a hiring platform: this is a game-changer! In hiring vetting is everything -- and what hatchways does makes vetting scalable and customizable.
