As a CTO and Full Stack Developer I have to say that I'm impressed. It's a fantastic idea! Giving real-life tasks and not just a coding challenge.

Aight, imma give this one my upvote. the product is ambitious per se and we have to make some changes especially in making it AI proof, but the soon to be engineers of the era have been through online classes. This is not to say that online classes do suck or smth like that, this is mere verification that they really do have what it takes to be an engineer since engineers build shelters, one of human's necessities

I have tried the beta for Hatchways and I love it. The interview practices for software engineers need to change and Hatchway has got it right imo.
