Can't comment on the product as I'm Australian and we're not allowed to play with it. I'm sorry to say this, but I am a little old school and I am getting increasingly concerned about the concentration of technologies within a very small number of very large, and powerful, companies. I'll go with the innovative underdog every time, not the big bully who copies everyone else's ideas. We'll all pay for this one day. Sorry for the downer. I'm actually very positive normally.

Google copied from Airtable. Shame !!!!

I've been using the alpha for a few months now for my business planning, issue tracking, product roadmap. It's awesome! It's replaced Trello entirely for me. I'd encourage checking it out when you get the chance. My educated guess at a few of the questions above:  + probably only avail in the US because of GDPR + yes, there is an API and Apps Script advanced service wrapper + if it's successful I'm sure the ultimate goal is to have it as part of the G Suite family + no, they do not sell your data or show ads in this product (same as G Suite or Cloud)

The bots look nice but where are the formulas!? A table without formulas are not very useful for me

Is it available in India?

This is great news because we use airtable as database and admin panel for our application. Do they provide api to manipulate and fetch data? One downside airtable has is that they do not allow the creation of a table using api. This product will hold a huge advantage if there is such an option.

Very excited about this one. Hopefully it can help streamline my product management tasks.

it's only accessible in the USA and not to the rest of the world ...

I wonder whether the lower interest in this, due to their strategy of abandoning projects, will push them to reconsider their strategy
