I look forward to building a dependency upon this and having it be abandoned.
I've been using it since launch. We track our feature dev pipeline, run our standups with the Kanban boards, automate emails to our team members with bots. It runs like a dream! Thanks for the Tables team for making an awesome product!
Hey David cool to hear from an actual user - curious did it replace any productivity tools you were using before?
yeah, we left behind our Trello board and skipped spending money on any mini-CRM solutions
this legitimately replaced a CRM for you?
I tried to emphasize mini-CRM... like the 500 prospect list that a small small startup might be running, or my list of 2,000 beta testers that I might need feedback from. I wouldn't say it replaces CRM needs at the enterprise level.
I think it would be more than sufficient for a small size B2B play.
Is this the Airtable competitor :) ?
Yes, its drawing comparisons to that launched last week along with Airtable's funding news.
has also a bit of a Notion vibe
Why is only available in US?😔
Because Americans know how to build great tables - nobody builds tables better than Americans.
Lol
That’s funny, and true. Where was the rest of the world when we built VisiCalc?
When can we Europeans use it?
Why would you give up your privacy for this when there are a lot of good alternatives that are also free and don’t sell your data?
can you link me to a couple good, free alternatives with better privacy?
Yeah which would you recommend?
I'm excited about this. I already spend the majority of my time using the Google Suite, definitely going to start transitioning some of my Project Management here. Hopefully it integrates well with Data Studio and the other G-Suite apps!
hey, we build connectors for Data Studio (Facebook and Instagram). if you're curious (portermetrics.com). We love Data Studio, too!
that actually sounds super interesting, going to check it out. Thanks!
I have successfully integrated Tables with GAS and to many platforms including Airtable and Data Studio.
Please give an access today also for 🇪🇺 European Union. Seems like a great tool. But I need to check. Today! ))
Lol, been waiting for google to catch up to Airtable. This is why you raise VC!!! Next up in the failed Google product lineup: Blank Slates, a Notion competitor.
Oh google... I will support over this any time of the day.
