shut up and take my money! (c) Futurama No, seriously, I've been using OpenAI to fulfil the same task, but that's just like walking on crutches. Glad to see a well-honed AI powered product on the topic! Congrats on launching! 🚀
Richard Guerre
@listopadova thanks! We would love to show you a demo or you can try it out in our dashboard.

This could really benefit our engineering team. It looks quite like an all-rounder ticket maker. Although I'm more intrigued about how the ticket update feature works
Hamza
@the_lukebrandon The system automatically updates the tickets upstream as you create new chat sessions and modify tickets from our dashboard, and it also pulls changes from upstream as they change So it is a 2 way back and forth sync

Wow, a lot of places I've worked before could have used this. Well done.

@aaron_hays Thank you so much for your support!
Kostya Bolshukhin
Could be great help in connecting support + success team with devs! Translating human to dev ticket language
Hamza
@kostyabolsh We are already seeing marketing, sales and engineering use GitStart over time. We started building it for engineers, buy engineers but soon realize that work creation happens outside of engineering and they are as much of stake holders in figuring out what to build!
Mindaugas Petrutis
Love Gitstart and the team behind it. Congrats on the launch!
Hamza
@mindaugaslt Thank you, especially to test out the product early on to get us to this place <3

Sounds great! I hope GitStart can greatly improve engineering team efficiency! We are currently using Notion to manage tickets. I want to know your next plan. Are you considering integrating Notion or opening the API so that we can access it ourselves?
Corentin from ◯˚GitStart
@zenda1122 Thank you for the feedback Zenda! For tools that are not yet included yet there's a way! You can create tickets directly from the GitStart dashboard. So you can 💯% use it today.
Hamza
Notion would be on our roadmap @zenda1122 !! Currently we want to get the significant ticketing platforms through, but we will release an open API as part of our ticket connector registry so that anyone can build an integration if they want to on their own!

Loving the concept of AI-generated engineering tickets! This will definitely streamline our workflow and reduce back-and-forth between team memebers.

Hello @anthony_adams_ , thank you for the feedback! You're on point, that's exactly what it's for 🙏

Very cool! Do you see this being used by non-technical folks?
Richard Guerre
@kacy_boone1 We had marketing teams use it, and their tickets were getting picked up by engineering (or GitStart) much faster because for the first time they were well scoped.

@richardguerre that's super cool! In Growth Marketing, we're often proposing new product test ideas. I could see this being super useful.
Corentin from ◯˚GitStart
Hello @kacy_boone1 - on top of the AI Ticket Studio you can also use GitStart to turn them into code. We've seen growth marketing teams from companies like Sourcegraph use GitStart for anything from new landing pages to onboarding flows and even AB tests. Happy to share more if you're interested!
Ramit Koul
This looks cool! Congrats on the launch, Team!

This is a pretty cool way to innovate the contracting world. This looks like a much better way to stream line the process to outsource work to folks who can benefit from them. I also like it's credit based, which means you pay what you ship but not time. The feature to limit what's cloned is quite an interesting way to share securely. Congrats @sudohamza and team for launching this platform!
Hamza
@sudohamza @tonyhanded Indeed!! Thank you
