usage-based pricing exposes a hidden truth most teams were not ready to face: a lot of seats were paying for nothing. the ones who were using copilot heavily will pay more and not blink. the ones who were paying for the brand will quietly churn. the math gets honest. that is uncomfortable but it is the right direction.
