Grammarly – proofreading my texts, not just posts, but also client communication
ChatGPT / Claude – mostly brainstorming, help with copy, and summarising
Figma – I can put the basic graphics together quickly.
Translator – sounds incredibly old-school, but English is not my mother tongue
Gmail – and not only for communication, but also for storing ideas and sending myself email reminders for posts
[and soon one more that I am working on – SafeLimit – prevents me from being banned on LinkedIn, so I will not lose my account.]

My 5 are mostly infrastructure and building tools:
1. Codex - coding, automation, and debugging
2. Claude - frontend design and UI direction

For me it would be:
1. Claude Code: Does all my heavy lifting code work and structure my files accordingly. It is basically having a teammate to work with.
2. Cursor: Best IDE with Claude Code plugin built in.
3. Claude: Helps me with ideating and brainstorming.
4. Higgsfield AI: Best for social media
All of these helped me with creating my first ever game/product called Estimate. It's basically Wordle for numbers but with some facts that you never would have thought of.

Here are mine:
1/RawReply, catching AI slop before it goes live. every post, every reply. english isn't my first language either so having something that keeps my voice intact matters more than just fixing grammar.
2/Cursor, i write more code than i expected running a product. cursor made that not painful.
3/Claude, brainstorming, rubber ducking ideas, getting unstuck. less copy, more thinking partner.
4/Translator, same as you honestly. still use it more than i'd admit.
5/Notion, everything that needs to exist somewhere but doesn't fit anywhere else.

1 - Gmail - plus all the ancillary apps that come with workspace
2 - verkko.ai - very cool, connects to all my apps, meetings and data and creates automations
3 - slack - think I will also be a big user of this
4 - Antigravity - allows me to be more organised
5 - Cursor - worth every penny
Gmail as an idea storage system is more relatable than people might think. I've tried dedicated note-taking apps, but sometimes sending yourself an email is still the fastest way to capture a thought.

Google Sheets - keeping track of longer projects
Dayspring Software - (shameless self-plug but given we're ISO 27001 certified, this is something we use regularly) for keeping records of updates to policies and procedures and ensuring they're communicated to staff for audits

Claude for almost everything technical, oddly Notion for keeping a single source-of-truth doc I keep feeding back into Claude so context doesn't reset every session. Outside that, Hunter.io has quietly become essential just for outreach research.
