Letterbase is a simple, fast, and privacy-friendly customer support messenger for small startups. I'm looking for feedback on what features to build to make the product more compelling! Or whether or not you have any lingering questions when looking at the landing page. Basically, what is blocking you from using Letterbase? πŸ€” https://letterbase.io

@richard_chu Love the privacy feature! 😍 So I host it myself and pay monthly for the code?
Richard Chu
@willddddd Thanks William! We only offer a managed solution at the moment where we host the code and you embed it on your website. This is the same as what Intercom and other customer support tools do, and it lets you get the latest features as soon as they are available. If there is enough demand, however, we may consider offering a self-hosted version in the future.

Hi all! This is Alexandra, and thanks @aaronoleary for the thread. Remote work is bittersweet. Staying connected and feeling that sense of camaraderie may become harder when work calls become, well, mostly work. We want to help invigorate teams by helping teams celebrate πŸŽ‰ Teamo is a corporate group card made social that's is suited for any occasion, such as welcoming a new hire, celebrating a teammate's birthday, thanking a summer intern, or celebrating a product launch. We incorporate features to make it social with avatars, GIFs, and reaction buttons. It's easy to start and share a card for others to sign, and once completed, recipients can retrieve the card whenever they want - it would never be misplaced! Visit https://teamo.team/ and join our waiting list to be the early users of our beta! Help us with feedback. About our landing, about the product, strategies to get teams/businesses on board, what features you wish to see... any point that can help us is welcomed! https://wunderbucket.io A mac app that turns local folders into static websites. Think Dropbox for static hosting. We're currently in our second round of private beta. I'd love feedback on the product. Just request an email on the site or hit me up directly at levi@smmall.site Thanks in advance! β™₯️

@levinunnink Just signed up for the beta. This looks like an awesome product! Nice job on the landing page as well. I love the newspaper-esk print style and artwork. Seriously excited to try this out!

@dotspencer Thanks! Super appreciated. Let me know if you have any feedback. :-)

Hey guys! I just launched www.firewards.com - a newsletter referral system with integrations to Mailchimp, ConvertKit and SendGrid. Would love to hear your feedback on the landing page and product itself! Also let me know any questions you might have if you plan to integrate it with your newsletter. I am working on a knowledge base to make it as easy as possible for every user to sign up. Happy to give a discount as well, just drop me a line if you subscribed πŸ™Œ

Hi everyone! We just launched ProsperStack and would love feedback on our product and marketing page. ProsperStack is an app that uses Stripe to automatically prevent cancellations and offers metrics and feedback collection for your subscription churn. If you're a SaaS company using Stripe, we'd love to get your feedback on the product, ease of integration, etc. We'd also love some feedback on the marketing site. Does it communicate the value proposition clearly and effectively? Any advice on what we're missing or could improve? Thanks so much for checking it out!

@gfloyd @gfloyd I love how sleek your solution is to reduce the churn problem πŸ‘Š! I had a look at the website and found myself going back to the screenshot (img2) in your PH submission. Personally I like to have a peek at the interface before I go for the trial. Going, back to the product, would you provide me with "templated" exit surveys? What about a choice of offers or coupons that are likely to work? Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself here but if I signed up and experimented today, I'd have to experiment before my churn prevention tool becomes useful. Assuming you already have this data from the other clients, I'm hoping that it would be more "plug and play" when I use the trial. I'm so lazy ... I know 😸

@gfloyd Your landing page looks awesome! I really dig the white on black accents at the top right and the bottom. I really like the logo too, very well done.

getdevinsight.com - Analyses your git repositories and gives plain english highlights on important metrics. Launched today on PH here: https://www.producthunt.com/post... Would love feedback from makers on the landing page and it's message. It's definitely early V1 and needs improvement. Also if anyone is interested in testing it as a free beta user, let me know and we'll make it happen

@dotspencer Hi Spencer, thanks so much for the detailed feedback! I'll definitely make changes with your feedback in mind. Very happy for you to be a beta user. I don't have a special login or anything like that setup yet but if you create an account on the site, I will manually move you over to a free beta subscription plan so you can use DevInsight without charge. I'll take a look at your product right now and get back to you with feedback too :)

Sattern - Sattern is a JavaScript environment for creating patterns. Sattern can run as standalone or as an AU plugin. https://sattern.dev/ This one has been in the oven for some time now and I've finally got around to releasing it! Inspired by the Roland MC-4 Microcomposer and various Eurorack sequencers, I decided to create an JavaScript environment/IDE to do read–eval–print loop (REPL) style musical pattern and composition system that can be used as a standalone or as an Audio Unit (AU) plugin inside your DAW.

Hi Makers, We recently launched our non-profit browser extension OpenTabs, and its PH page. We're looking to increase our user base as well as for feedback regarding our landing page and how we could improve it to drive downloads. Our slogan is "Making an Impact Has Never Been Easier" because our free extension allows users to raise money towards ending poverty & fighting climate change by simply opening new tabs. It's a project I'm very passionate about aimed at people who want to passively make the world a better place..

Hey There Hunters 🦌 !!! I'm developing Carbonly 🌿 (www.carbonly.org), a browser extension for tracking πŸ“ˆ and mitigating your online carbon footprint πŸ’¨ with real-time data, purchase tracking, social leaderboard and subscription offsets! 🌿 We're going to launch πŸš€ on Product Hunt in the coming week, but we'd love to get you involved 😝 before that, so if this is something you'd be interesting in trying out, definitely subscribe to our upcoming product hunt to keep updated 🀘! Upcoming Product Hunt: https://www.producthunt.com/upco... Thank you <3 <3
Robert Zalaudek
@oliver_carmont Congrats on Carbonly. I like what you've done but it seems like there are a lot of different aspects to it. From talking to people do you have a sense of which of your features/benefits are most valuable to a specific market? One thought is to launch with a smaller but very targeted and validated subset of what you've built and then add new features based on user feedback. Best of luck.
Oliver Carmont
@robert_zalaudek Hey Robert, thank you for the feedback! The current video we have shows all of our features which as you've seen already isn't very effective at getting our message across. We're focusing on two/three main selling points, but even then we are still planning on changing our focus on user feedback as you mentioned. Thanks again!

Jolly - https://www.jollyhq.com https://www.producthunt.com/post... Jolly is both a professional network and gig marketplace for independent workers. Our launch markets are couriers, delivery drivers, grocery shoppers, rideshare drivers and event workers like bartenders, servers and brand ambassadors. Our demand users are restaurants, event venues and anyone who is looking to hire the aforementioned workers. Our core killer feature for workers is the ability to connect your ratings and reviews from other apps like Uber, DoorDash, Taskrabbit etc. Would love to get the community's feedback. Thank you!
