Do you take equity or a success fee if we close?
Fundraisly
@slavaakulov No. Right now it is flat subscription fee only: no success fees, no equity, no carry. 100% of what you raise is yours.
Nice launch! Do you ever tell founders not to launch outreach yet?
Fundraisly
@igumojo Yes. If the deck, ask, traction story, or target segment isn't ready, it's better to say that early. Bad timing can burn investor attention that's hard to get back.

@igumojo Appreciate the support!

Matching right investors to right startups sounds really valuable. Congrats on the launch and keep it up!

@nikitaeverywhere That's totally true. Thanks for the support Nikita!

@nikitaeverywhere Thanks, means a lot!

@cyrus_burns Sure! We've helped raise over $100M to date. While I can't disclose specific startup names due to NDAs, you can find some of our clients and their testimonials on our website https://fundraisly.com/

@juno_oosterwolde Hi Juno, that's great! You can write a message to Anna (am@fundraisly.com) and we can stay in touch!
@solodnev @dave_waiser @annmast Really interesting use case - curious what the pricing looks like or if you guys currently have a free tier? I am sure I could checkout the website but I thought it might be useful for other folks in the thread!
Fundraisly
@dzaitzow Sure! We have several plans depending on what you need: $1,000/mo for network analysis, $3,000/mo for the mid-tier plan, and $5,000/month for full service. The idea is to let founders start with mapping and targeting before committing to the full outreach engine.

The time I've sunk into scraping Crunchbase for investor lists is honestly embarrassing.
Create an MCP server so founders and VCs can let their agents do that matching.
It's a shame we never got to work together on the launch. Best of luck
