@rrhoover Thanks, Ryan. We're BIG fans of Product Hunt, so the feeling is mutual! :)

Hello out there! There’s a new way to use FullStory: for free. Over the past few years, we’ve gotten lots of feedback from small teams and startups that love FullStory but just can’t stretch into a paid plan. We get it. Heck, we’ve been there. We started FullStory because we believe everyone—businesses, end users, everyone—benefits from a more perfect online experience. So, the idea that there were teams that really cared about their customer’s experience but couldn’t afford a CX tool that would help felt antithetical to our mission. No longer. Hope you’ll give it a try and spread the good word. We’ll be hanging around and happy to answer any questions. To the future, Scott

@scott_voigt I'm using the free version for last three days and i'm extremely impressed. Above all - your search is amazing.

@scott_voigt This is the best news ever! Such a useful tool but the price tag made it impossible for our small team to continue using it. Thank you! =D
Gagandeep Singh Makhija
@scott_voigt I must say its a great tool. Do you have any affiliate program also?
Abhilash Jain
@scott_voigt Massive respect for you guys :) Kudos!
Ari
@scott_voigt Super cool. The only thing is that from free to paid there's a huge gap in terms of features, and price.
Sam Dickie
Looks great. Do you have a simple Weebly, Wix, Squarespace etc. plugin available?
Amy Ellis
@thisdickie hey Sam! We don't currently have a plugin for these services but FullStory is as easy to install as Google Analytics. Theres some how to documentation for Squarespace specifically on our Knowledge Base - http://help.fullstory.com/integr...
Sam Dickie
@amy_e_ellis cheers. Thats all i needed to know. Look forward to testing it

We have been using the paid version at Bluecore and this it's already a game changer. Will be adding to some smaller projects. Awesome!
Jordan Woods
@ggnall Awesome! We're so happy that you like it.
Ian Storm Taylor
I haven't used Fullstory yet, but the "rage click" feature in the video is amazing, and has successfully convinced me to try it out. Well done!
Jordan Woods
@ianstormtaylor Glad you like it! We're definitely fans of the "rage click" (though not actual user rage clicks...those are bad.) :)
James Futhey
Favorite session-recording app for quite some time. Really solid product. Great to finally use it on small projects!
Jordan Woods
@futhey Thanks, James! We're excited for you to get to use it!

Used fullstory, a year ago at mymove imagitas. Our team loved it and it helped us understand our customers.
Jordan Woods
@sridhar_kondoji So glad to hear that, Sri!
Victor Manrique

Jordan Woods
@victormanriquey Thanks, Victor!
Alex Flom
Using the paid version for a while. What is the difference between the paid and the free version?
Jordan Woods
@alex_flom Hey Alex! The biggest differences between free and paid is the monthly session allotment and the available features. You can see the specific feature differences by going to www.fullstory.com/pricing and toggling between the Free and Pro editions. Regardless of which you ultimately land on, we've made sure that the Free version delivers a ton of value!
scott voigt
@alex_flom Rest assured, the essence of FullStory (hifi recording and playback, OmniSearch, segmentation, rage clicks, among other things) is available in Free. However, since Free is aimed at startups and small teams, there is a lower monthly session count, we've simplified the product by removing a few power-user features. Full comparison is available on our nifty new pricing page: https://fullstory.com/pricing. Hope that helps!
Bu Kinoshita
Tried this morning and already got a lot of records. Amazing product!
